Pieces for a shopping bag, Sept. 2018

Project #9 on my 2018 Forward Progress list is my floral shopper. It is a cut out pattern, from an old skirt I liked the fabric but not the fit of,  with thread and matching bias strips in a bag. It has been in this state for several years. The goal for this month is to get the bag made.
