At first I thought it was going to be daunting to figure out which of the 40 different colored Kona solids where which, but it turned out that they were packaged up in the order they were listed on the pattern.
Knowing that August was going to be very busy, my goal was to complete the 25 blocks. There were 8 different different color groupings of blocks with 5 fabrics to each grouping, so I tackled the task by completing a single grouping at a time. I did have one curve ball in that 2 of the fabrics were cut too short in the kit, but I was able to find replacement fabric. Now that it is the end of August, I have achieved my goal - the 25 blocks are complete! They are now also laid out on the bed in the spare room, ready to be sewn together into a quilt top.
