Triangle Quilt Along - Cutting

204 Equilateral Green Triangles Cut at 6"
The Sassy Quilter is hosting a Triangle Quilt Along and this week the assignment is to cut the triangles
I cut 204 triangles from my various green fabrics, there are more of some than from others depending on how much of a given fabric I had on hand. I did try starching them (with Best Press lavender scented starch) which made them hold up nicely. I didn't do a ton of starch, but enough to give a bit more body to the fabric. I used a triangle ruler and that made the cutting go very quickly. I listened to one episode of Books on the Nightstand and one of Fuhmentaboudit! and I was done.

  2. I really like this picture, and I love all the green. It reminds me of an evergreen Forrest.
